Smartphone Thoughts: Weather Watcher 1.0.5

I always love free stuff and Weather Watcher fills that void. For a free program it has quite a few features. I haven't personally tried it yet but it seems to have many similarities as weather programs that cost money. Do you use your mobile device as a weather guide? Which program do you use?
