I am actively looking for a new or slightly used, unlocked Qtek 8500. If you are planning to sell one, contact me.

Why? The new Cingular 3125 looks the same and has 128MB vs the 64MB in the phones you listed. It might be a little harder to find one used just yet, but it would be worth the effort, IMHO.

I am on a Cingular Blue (ATTWS) plan with no contract. Buying 3125 would neccessiate me to change the plan, which I dont want to.
BTW, I am interested only in WM 5.0 phones with clamshell form factor. (I am fan of Mpx200 &220) Are there any recent phones with this config.
Also, will a Qtek 8500 with flashed I-mate ROM be different from Smartflip in technical aspects.
Thanks
