Hey Guy's, I have the Q., had the XV6700 and for some reason, my biggist challenge and headache when it comes to doing a backup to my PC, whether it's under normal circumstances or after a reset, is getting my Contacts back; all of them and / or in completion. I put them all in, the best I can in Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook; containing e-mail address's, Cell #'s and Landline #'s, including Cell phone Addresses.
I finally got to the point of common scense to put my Pic.'s on my 2GB, so I don't have to send them or transfer them back to the handset everytime I do a Backup or Reset, as well as Video's and CAB Files.
What I like to know / do is, if possible, somehow transfer a Copy of my Contacts to the Card as well so I know that they will be available and in order if needed.
*Again, Any help would be Appreciated ! Very Happy

Try THIS . It will backup your entire contents or as you selected to your card or PC as one image file, whenever you need it, restore it, you will get your device back exactly as when you backed it up. Cool

Hrm, I think the best/easiest solution is to use Sprite Backup. You can set it to make the backup executable. So all you would have to do is run the EXE and all your contacts would be restored.

You can set Sprite to backup more than just contacts too, if you're interested.

As for another solution, I don't really know what to suggest. I don't know of a way to import contacts on the phone.

Good to help, always. Forgot to mention, they have pretty fast and helful support as well in case you need it, since the mobile OS is not that stable.
