Outlook 2003 on my PC has a recurring meeting every 2 weeks on 11/9 at 8:30. The phone Calendar shows it as 7:30. If I try to edit the meeting on the phone the edit screen says it starts at 8:30. How do I get it to show the correct start time?

it's a time zone setting somewhere, either in the calendar, or in Settings -> More -> Regional Settings

Good luck,

Well, settings looked OK. All the other meetings show the correct time and when I edit one it shows the correct time. Just this one meeting is messed up.

Okay, that is odd.

Did you make the meeting yourself, or is it from somebody else? Maybe they have their time zone settings screwed up...?

Perhaps just try to delete and remake the meeting, see if that takes care of it. Don't know what else to say...

Good luck though,

Are you synchronizing from the server via the cellular system over the air, or are you synchronizing from the PC via the cable?

It could be that if you are synchronizing from server, it may be in a different time zone & thus causing the problems...
