Maybe an option could be added that says if AO is initiated from the Home Screen by selecting the next appointment link then open in:
1. Today View
2. Agenda View
3. Week View
4. Month View
5. Appointment Preview

The Pocket PC version just has a different link to start in each mode.
"Month View", "Week View", etc.

Well I plunked down my hard earned cash and bought AgendaOne. Why? I think it's the best pim out there for the smartphone but what really has impressed me is the communication from devone on this forum and the over the air update feature. Great program.

Ditto. I also bought it. Over-the-air updates/bug reports/feature requests are awesome features!

I agree, this is a great first version of this app. It just needs more complete task filtering options in the calendar views.
Core features like hide undated tasks, completed tasks, etc. in the calendar views which is available in Papyrus are missing here.
These features are available in the Agenda View but strangely absent from the other Calendar views...
So for instance in the limited real estate in Week View, it lists all of these undated tasks for the current day which prevent you from seeing all the tasks that are actually due today. Not very useful.
I'm sure (hope) this will get addressed in future updates though...

Alex - When can we expect a "compressed" mode for the "Today" view? |
Thanks to your overwhelming feedback on these feature items, we've included these updates in this release:
Search View now allows you to include a space within the search term (i.e. 'Meet with')
Added 'Compressed Mode' to Today View
Added 'Show Completed Tasks' to Month View, allowing the disabling the display of all completed task items.
The new Agenda One build is now available from our download page.
If you have purchased Agenda One and registered it, you can also get this update directly from your device as described below:
Go to Menu > Options > All Options > About. Select Menu > Check for Updates and Agenda One will check for the latest published version. If it's newer than the version you currently have installed, you will be asked if you would like to download it. Once the download has completed, you will be prompted to install the update.
We are reviewing all the ideas and suggestions posted here even if we are not able to address all of them with a separate post. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts, ideas and feedback!

I said it over at howard and i'll say it here... keep up this level of customer service and you'll win over the masses (not to mention the great product you guys have developed).
