If you've got your eye on those new Qtek devices then you will want to check out this review by PocketPC-Club. It's focused on the 8300 (Silver) model, but you can expect another review in the next little while that will cover off the 8310 version. The only complaint with this phone is that the joystick is a little too short, and thus doesn't stick out from the device enough. If that's the biggest issue, then I'm really going to enjoy having one of these! They also mention that the WiFi works great and that they were able to connect to a wireless access point within a minute of the phone starting up. Very Happy

But atleast the Qtek device is a real deal. Moto Q is still months from launch.

I my mind - that is not a tough call - Qtek with Wi-Fi all the way. The Q maybe usable after 3 revisions and 15 firmware updates knowing how well Moto tests these things... :)

Since the Q won't be out for a while, I'm not looking for it to solve anything in my life anytime soon. Which makes room for something like this with WiFi. Smile

those HTC devices are slowly but surely moving to the center of my "gadget radar" screen everyday!!! (a.k.a., the buy-it-now zone). first up is any HTC device with built-in wifi!!

These things are bringing me closer to giving up my 4705.

You got that right. I'm really looking forward to a new device with WiFi. Mr. Green
