Another Memory Card Format? Apparently So!

"So how many different memory cards do you have? If you’re like me, at least one of each type and it grows and grows and grows. Apparently, it is going to continue to grow but possibly with the end result that there will be one unified memory card for electronic devices by 2009."
Jack Cook over at Mobility Site picked up on this. I'll believe it when I see it. I think it might be too late to unify this situation but I would be very happy to see it happen. We can't even get one type of USB connector for our devices.
